We know that choosing a new colorist or stylist is an important decision so here’s how we can help you feel part of the family in no time:

  • Have a good look around our website – there is lots of information and the Our Team section will give you a great insight into our passionate and well-trained staff. We understand the importance of the relationship between a client and their colorist or stylist and our pictures and biographies will help you decide.

  • Come and visit and our reception staff will be more than happy to show you around and tell you more about us.

  • Tell us what you love – if you have a picture or photo of the look you would like, please bring it along to show our hair colorists and stylists.

INFORMATION

The salon has extended opening hours from 09.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Sunday. Although we will accommodate late appointments, we request that you select a treatment that will end by closing time.

ARRIVAL TIME: We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. We highly recommend that you have a hot shower before body therapies. So your skin enjoys the full benefits of the body oils used. Please allow yourself extra time for a shower if you intend to have it at CONCEPT COIFFURE. Should you arrive late for your appointment your treatment time may have to be reduced, subject to availability and schedules. Full treatment fee will still apply.

CANCELATION POLICY: Should you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment please give us a minimum of 4 hours advance notice.

CONCEPT COIFFURE COMFORT: Your therapist will maintain your privacy at all times. To fully enjoy your treatment, do not hesitate to tell your therapist if you are uncomfortable for any reason.
